Kenneth J. Kieklak, Attorney At Law

Over the course of more than two decades, Ken’s personal attention to his clients and his extensive experience have yielded proven results. His understanding of complex legal issues doesn’t keep him from sitting down with clients and listening to their thoughts and concerns. Ken works with you, the client, in partnership to determine and achieve the best possible outcome.Ken graduated from North Little Rock Northeast High School in 1985.  He attended Rhodes College in Memphis, Tennessee and was a four-year letterman on the Rhodes College football team, earning CAC All-Conference honors his senior year on the only Rhodes College football team to be selected to the NCAA Division III playoffs.  Ken graduated with a bachelors degree in history from Rhodes College in 1989.  He attended the University of Arkansas School of Law and graduated in 1993 with a juris doctorate degree.

Ken began his legal career serving as a law clerk to the Honorable Mary Spencer McGowan in Little Rock, Arkansas. He moved to Fayetteville, Arkansas in 1994 to begin private practice primarily focusing on personal injury, wrongful death, social security disability, and Workers’ Compensation law.  His practice has always focused on representing injury victims and injured workers in Arkansas.

Ken is a member of the Washington County and Arkansas Bar Associations, and the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.

Ken spends most of his free time with his wife of 28 years, Michelle, and his two daughters, Bella and Mia.  His family enjoys travel and supporting the Arkansas Razorbacks. He is also an avid mountain biker, and enjoys fly-fishing and grilling nearly anything on his Big Green Egg.

Ken has been married for twenty eight years and has two wonderful daughters. His family always comes first, and he treats each of his clients as an extension of his family. He listens to their stories, feels their pain, and advocates for them against large insurance and manufacturing companies. Ken Kieklak is committed to serving his clients, and he is also dedicated to serving the Northwest Arkansas Community. Specifically, Ken sponsors a local elementary school, missionary work through a local church, the Northwest Arkansas Workers’ Justice Center, Trout Unlimited, and the Arkansas State Police. Ken served five terms as a Justice of the Peace on the Washington County Quorum Court and was the Personnel Committee chair. He was on the Jail Law Enforcement Committee and the chair of the committee to build a new jail in Washington County. Ken has also supported his alma mater, the University of Arkansas School of Law, by serving as a guest lecturer and judging various law school competitions. Finally, he has given back to the community’s youth by coaching a youth soccer team. Ken’s community involvement reveals his true dedication to the community in which he and his clients live.
